Why some prices are listed and others say "ask for today's price"
Prices that sit on a published rate sheet — quad biking, evening safari, the private safari per-car rate — are listed directly on each service page. Same number we honour on WhatsApp, same number on the booking confirmation, same number we charge.
Dune buggy and certain higher-tier combos are confirmed on WhatsApp same-day. Reason: vehicle availability and the dune-bash route shift week to week — public holidays, weekends, weather windows and demand all change which bike or buggy is on the plot. Quoting a brochure number we cannot deliver would damage trust more than it would help conversion.

What changes price
Vehicle and seating tier. A premium 2-seater Can-Am is priced differently from a 4-seater Polaris. A Yamaha Grizzly is priced differently from a COBRA single quad. Pick the platform first; the rate follows.
Duration. 30 vs 60 vs 120 minutes is the most common rate-shift inside any silo. 60 is the most-booked window across our line.
Pickup zone. Standard Dubai zone is included. Outside that zone — Sharjah, Dubai Airport, Yas Island, Saadiyat, Marjan Island — a transfer surcharge applies. The exact surcharge is confirmed in the WhatsApp reply, not surprise-added on pickup day.
Group size. Group rates apply from six pax. The discount steps up at 10, 20 and 40 pax.
Time-of-day window. Sunset and overnight windows price differently from morning and mid-day. The deeper-route 2-hour buggy / quad option is not always available mid-day in summer for safety reasons.
Add-ons. Photographer follow-vehicle, sandboarding, premium-tier safari menu, BNPL processing fees — all line items in the reply, not hidden.
What is always included on the published price
- Helmet and gloves on every ATV / buggy / dirt-bike ride
- Pre-ride safety briefing run in person by the senior desert guide
- Lead-rider on every convoy of three or more vehicles
- Hotel pickup and drop-off in the standard Dubai zone
- Fuel for the booked window
- On safari packages: dune-bashing, BBQ camp, camel taster and shows per the package window
- UAE VAT (where applicable)
Common items that may carry a separate charge
- Pickup outside the standard Dubai zone (Sharjah / DXB Airport / cross-emirate)
- Alcohol at the camp (subject to the camp partner's licence)
- Sheesha at the camp
- Dedicated photographer follow-vehicle
- Premium-tier safari menu upgrade
- Damage waiver excess for substantive damage to a rented vehicle
No fake discount, no perpetual urgency
You will not see a struck-through "before" price on this site. We do not run countdown banners that reset every visit. We do not list a public-holiday-only rate that quietly applies on a Tuesday in March.
Genuine peak-vs-shoulder pricing exists — public holidays, weekends, F1 weekend on Yas Island all push demand. When that applies, the WhatsApp reply will say so. Same on the other side: a weekday morning in February usually sits at the standard rate, not a fake "20% off" tag.
How to pay
For most rides — pay at pickup. Card or cash. The driver carries a portable terminal.
For overnight, VIP private, balloon, dirt-bike, school and corporate combos — a deposit is taken in advance, balance at pickup.
BNPL availability (Tabby / Tamara) is confirmed in the WhatsApp reply when the booking value qualifies. Some packages are eligible, others are not — depends on payment-channel agreements that operate on a rolling basis.
Group, corporate and school rates
Tiered group discounts kick in from six pax. Larger formats — corporate team-building, school trips, family reunions, multi-vehicle private convoys — are quoted on a custom line because the format itself changes (split-team competition, branded camp, dietary management, supervisor ratios for schools).
Send the headcount, the date, the format and any dietary needs on WhatsApp. The reply lands within working hours; same-day in most cases.

Frequently asked questions
Do prices include hotel pickup?
Yes inside our standard Dubai pickup radius (Business Bay, Downtown, Marina/JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Deira). Outside that radius a small transfer surcharge applies. The exact figure is confirmed on WhatsApp before you commit.
Is VAT included in the displayed prices?
Yes. All AED prices are inclusive of UAE VAT. There is no separate tax line at checkout.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. Within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but rebooking is free for up to 30 days. Operator-side cancellations (weather, mechanical) are fully refunded.
Do you charge a deposit?
For most rides no — pay at pickup. For overnight, VIP private, balloon, dirt bike and corporate combos a 25% deposit is required to lock the slot.
Are there discounts for residents or large groups?
UAE residents get a weekday-only discount on producing an Emirates ID. Group discounts trigger from 6 pax with a tiered structure on /group-rates/.
