Booking flow. WhatsApp is the fastest path. Send service, date, group size, pickup zone. Confirmation reply usually under five minutes during operating hours.
Pickup logistics. Standard Dubai zone is included. Sharjah, DXB Airport, cross-emirate — surcharge applies and is confirmed before you commit.
Licence and age. No UAE driving licence required for ATV / quad / safari. Self-drive dune buggy needs any-country licence and rider age 18+. Junior zone for ATV runs on supervised youth machines; minimum age confirmed at booking, not invented on a webpage.
Dress code. Closed shoes mandatory on every motorised activity. Long trousers and sleeves recommended. Helmet and gloves issued at the briefing area.
Weather. Operator-side cancellations (wind, visibility, mechanical) are fully refundable or rebookable free. We message before you leave the hotel.
Kids. Family safari, family buggy, junior ATV zone all welcome. Confirm child age at booking — we set up the right vehicle, the right child seat or the supervised junior format.
Refunds. Operator-side cancellation: full refund or free rebook. Customer-side cancellation: depends on the timeline before pickup. Specific cancellation timeline is confirmed at booking.

When is the best time of year for desert activities in Dubai?
October to April is dry, cool and the longest operating window. May to September is hotter — we shift to sunrise and sunset slots, and balloon flights pause from June to August.
What's your refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. Operator-side cancellations are fully refunded. Full timeline at /cancellation-policy/.
Do I need a UAE driving licence?
No for ATV/quad on private plots. Yes for self-drive buggy (any country licence accepted). Passengers do not need a licence.
Can pregnant guests join?
Dune-bash, ATV/quad, dirt bike and balloon are not recommended during pregnancy. Camel ride and BBQ camp are usually fine — confirm with your doctor and message us so we adjust the schedule.
Is alcohol served at the desert camp?
Soft drinks, water, tea and Arabic coffee are included. Alcohol depends on the camp partner — we confirm by WhatsApp before you book, never after.
What languages do your guides speak?
English on every convoy. Arabic, Hindi and Urdu are commonly available; Russian and Chinese on request with advance notice.
